Online Booking Terms and Conditions

1. **Booking Confirmation:**
- All bookings made through our online platform are subject to confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or notification from [DPF Ni].

2. **Cancellation Policy:**
- Customers are required to provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Details of the cancellation policy can be found on our website.

3. **Service Charges:**
- Service charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting these charges before confirming their booking.

4. **Payment Terms:**
- Payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept most credit & debit cards and bank transfers, or cash. Payment Assit also available please request at time of booking. Any outstanding payments must be settled promptly.

5. **Refund Policy:**
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Details of the refund policy can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.

6. **Mechanic Availability:**
- While we strive to provide services at the booked time, mechanic availability is subject to change. In such cases, Ni DPF will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.

7. **Customer Responsibilities:**
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including vehicle details and service requirements. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges.

8. **Liability:**
Ni DPF is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that is unrelated to the service provided. Customers are encouraged to remove any valuable items from their vehicle before the service.

9. **Changes to Terms:**
Ni DPF reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
